As a 25+ year real estate professional, Carie is passionate about residential sales, leasing, and property management. She is accomplished in the rehabbing, remodeling, staging, marketing, and promotion of single-family and multi-unit residential homes. Carie is also a licensed educator and has shared her expertise to successfully train a wide range of her peer professionals. She is adept in the areas of business development, networking, and online and traditional marketing communications.
A lifetime involvement with philanthropic work, Carie has donated her time to organizations that include Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Salvation Army, local seniors’ services, and other non-profit organizations. Carie is currently an active member of the Chicago Architecture Foundation and AIREE: Association of Illinois Real Estate Educators.
Carie holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker’s License, an Illinois Real Estate Pre-License Instructor’s License, a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License, and a BA in Liberal Arts and Communications from DePaul University. She is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys city exploration, cultural activities, attending the theatre, volunteer work, watching Chicago sports, art fairs, warm weather destinations, and playing tennis.
Carie grew up in Wilmette, is a graduate of New Trier, lived in downtown Chicago for over 20 years and currently resides in Evanston.
